Bio
I'm a 30something year old mom of two. I've started this journal to keep track of my dieting, and my Eating Disorder(s) and to make a place where I can be as open as possible, with these things. I don't condone "getting" or "starting" an eating disorder, but if you have one, I understand how important understanding and support is. I myself, am tired of feeling so isolated and alone with it.
